This website is a marketing site for Proposio, a proposal-software product that is currently in concept stage. This policy describes the information processing that actually happens on this website today.
What this site does not do
- There are no user accounts.
- There is no payment or billing processing.
- Form submissions on this site are not connected to any backend, and are not sent or stored anywhere.
Contact and request-access forms
The contact and request-access forms on this site are presented for demonstration purposes. Submitting them does not send data to Proposio or to any third party, and no form data is stored. If you want to reach us, use the email addresses below directly.
Email communication
If you email us at privacy@proposio.com, we receive and process that message and the address it comes from in order to reply to you. We do not use email content for any purpose beyond responding to your enquiry.
Technical and server logs
Like most websites, the infrastructure serving this site may generate standard technical logs (for example, request timestamps and IP addresses) for operating and securing the service. These logs are not used to build marketing profiles.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently run analytics tracking or set non-essential cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what is installed and why before it goes live.
Future account data
If Proposio launches a product with user accounts, a separate policy covering account and product data will be published at that time, describing exactly what is collected and how it is used.
